They responded quickly and asked the questions, and pictures to estimate the job and provide a cost estimate. The tech showed up promptly as scheduled and got here early and did a quick recon and confirmed the job and offered options based on what he observed. Got the job done very quickly. He made us a key (didn't break the other key) and didn't charge us because he was unsure if it was going to work. We promised to come back the next day and settle up. We got another ride back to the car and the key worked! We came back the next day and got a second key made and settled our bill. We are so thankful for the care and efficiency of this place.

He changed all of the locks on our 2-flat last weekend. We went from 15 different keys to 3. He was prompt, professional, and really knew what he was doing. His prices are super reasonable and he even fixed the latch on the sliding door to the back deck for free. I would absolutely recommend him.

We've heard all the praises about our local locksmith, and so we hired them to rekey our locks and to install keypads. I called him on a Saturday and he came today, on Sunday. No need, since it wasn't an emergency. However, he was prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely fair with pricing. He is just an all around nice man with incredible customer service skills. Eight locks and a couple of keypads done in just a little over an hour. Fantastic job!

They were quick to arrive and were gone within minutes. They charged $$ for one lock replacement. However, the door wouldn't lock because it wouldn't drop its top or bottom pins. They told me I would need to purchase new doors but they were quick to help me. Highly Recommend this locksmith.

Great service and staff. My wife called them 8pm at night because she lost her keys to her Honda in Norwalk Connecticut, they came right out and made a new key and programmed it on the spot in their cool van. These are A Professionals, they more than deserve the 5 star rating and i would give them a 10 star if google gave the option. Highly recommend!!! He came a long distance to help me out. I have a 138 year old church that had a broken door lock and safe! We have been trying to get a key made for 2 weeks now after we tried 3 places we normally have keys made and none of them had the key to match. I did a search on the nearest locksmith and sent a message and with in the hour Andrew called me and then showed up at our work. By the time you drive somewhere and vehicle expense plus time Andrew was definitely worth the cost. Hats off to this young guy.
