Tonia is an ACE certified individual trainer with more than 10 year's knowledge in the fitness industry. Tonia designs individualized exercise programs, with an emphasis on women's health and related issues. Services available include body fat and weight loss programs, strength and endurance training, and core stabilization and flexibility exercises. 2 BE FIT certified individual fitness training is available throughout the Chicagoland area.
