With 27 years in the California Real Estate business, with the last 10 in the Home Inspection Industry I have come to understand that the real estate community doesn't understand the importance of Home Inspections. After 3, 500 inspections it has painfully clear that the average real estate agent has little understanding of the inspection process and how it relates to their customers. Most Agents feel they have an intuitive understanding of the Home Inspection process but have virtually no formal education in this subject.
