In 1989, after being hired by a national temporary aid company in Dallas, TX, I started my training in the career of human resources. Working with contractors, manufacturing firms, transportation, new construction, emergency services, restoration, distribution, mass marketing, sanitation, event staffing, clerical, and administrative firms, I was able to see 1st hand the tasks that were to be performed and learned the expectations behind them. In seeing these various industries, I was capable to suit with 1000's of people searching for work and connect people daily into jobs.
