Called wed morning after our garage door just stopped working. The pin came loose and dislodged the arm from the chain. I was told someone could stop by later that morning. Showed up fixed the simple fix did not charge. They are an awesome company. I would recommend them to everyone!

Mike and his team are fabulous! Last night I get a message from my friends that my garage door at my Louisville home had stopped working (stuck partially open) and unfortunately I'm out of the country. It was 4:45pm. I started calling around and the first 3 places say yes they can send someone right away but since it would be after 5pm it would be an emergency charge of between $75 - $485 plus the cost of parts.
Then I call Mike at A Better Garage Door -Broomfield. He's the owner, and he said I can send a guy over right away (they are open till 7pm). Tom (the technician) arrived promptly and had the problem fixed quickly. With no emergency charges! I highly recommend this locally owned and manager business.

Our garage spring broke over the weekend. They sent a truck out and we had new springs and a tuned-up garage door on Monday! Very professional, prompt and quick (only took about a half hour). We used them 7 or 8 years ago, and if we ever need garage work again, we will use them again!
