Had a tech out the day after my call. Saw the problem and fixed the non-closing garage door, very quickly. Also adjusted the chain and oil out the squeaks. Great service and great value!

The entire process from start to finish with ABGD was affordable and very professional. Even better, they were able to fit me into their installers "rotation" despite being officially out of their service area which is a big problem where I live. Most places will service my city "main" but not my particular rural area of it. Others charge a trip fee almost equal to if not greater that the cost of the service itself.

My door was considered a special order so there was a few weeks wait but the install date set when I submitted the order was spot on. The install team had both my broken 2-car and non-insulated 1-car door down and packed away in less than an hour. About 2 hours later they had both new doors fully installed, tested, and had shown me how to operate them without so much as a small scratch or ding in any of the material, unlike what happened at a previous residence of mine (quick, but not damage free). Hopefully I don't need a new door anytime soon but if I do I'll definitely be give ABGD a call before anyone else.

Got a spring replaced. Several days later, the garage door would jolt when opening and closing and it appeared the belt tension was low. Gave them a call and they promptly scheduled another visit to correct the issue. Very fast service!

Called wed morning after our garage door just stopped working. The pin came loose and dislodged the arm from the chain. I was told someone could stop by later that morning. Showed up fixed the simple fix did not charge. They are an awesome company. I would recommend them to everyone!

I Highly recommend using A Better Garage Door! I called for someone to come out, and was scheduled for the next day! The technician, Tom, was courteous, on time and explained clearly what was wrong with my garage door, which was having issues closing, had noisy rollers, as well as a gap in the bottom corner where light was coming in. Michael came out and within 2 minutes was able to show me what the problem was. We bought our house a year ago and got unlucky and have had to replace our opening mechanism and springs and Thomas always does an excellent job. Very quick and professional. I call and they always pickup or call me back quickly.

Our garage door was serviced and fixed a few days after making the appointment. Our door is so quiet now and operating smoothly. The service tech was detailed in checking everything and describing what needed to be done. He mentioned that the door was in good shape for being the original and that the springs are old enough to be replaced but are well balanced. He left the decision to replace them up to me and I decided to wait. I'll definitely call them back out when they give out.

I called to get an estimate for a new garage door and they came out same day. 48 hours after my initial call, I have my new door installed. I can't say enough great things about this company.
