I started inspecting in 1979 while I was Corporate Security Director for a firm in Carson Ca. With 1. 5 million square feet of warehousing and distribution facilities situated in Los Angeles, Seattle and Chicago. In 1985 I began Security Consulting Services Unlimited and began conducting property inspections and surveys for Los Angeles area school districts, manufacturers, industry, businesses, builders and developers. I have conducted 1000's of inspections on all kinds of properties including new construction. I include a two part energy survey with every standard inspection.
