When E-Geniuses was conceptualized in 2002, the realization was that people wanted a different type of pc service that focused on preventive maintenance. Most pc repair firms were based on one-time fixes instead of ongoing support for customers. Ongoing support was only available to huge firms with in-house I. T. Departments. Founder, Joey Mariano, wanted to supply Personal I. T. Support to tiny, medium sized businesses as well as home-users. In 2004, E-Geniuses was began. Pc repair in Los Angeles hasn't been the same since.
