I've been in the wedding, catering and event planning business for more than 18 years. I was the University's Student Catering Manager at Washington State University before graduating with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and continuing my education at the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. From there my career of entertaining guests started as the Executive Chef for An International World of Weddings in Oregon and continued with the position as the owner and operator of Carousel Catering; event facility consultant for the Portland Conference Center.
