Carlos Aguilar, the founder of A Home Upholstery, is a true American success story. He came to the US from Peru in 1963, with a background in accounting. But, accounting was not to be his chosen path. In 1964, he became an apprentice in furniture manufacturing. He didn't know it at the time, but this vocation was soon to become his passion and his career.
