We're here to help you figure out everything, from tent rentals and linen sizing to multiple-site equipment coordination. Party Perfect is your one stop shop for all your special event rental needs. We'll visit your site and make sure your tent, tables, chairs, flooring, and stages will be set up without running into tree limbs, electrical wiring, uneven ground or any other unexpected glitches.

You may visit our showroom and we can give you our undivided attention and you will walk away with a full quote in hand - it's best to make an appointment, if possible. 3. You may call and speak with one of our rental consultants and we can email you a quote within minutes. We recommend you make your reservation at least three to six months prior to your event date for a large affair. To make a reservation, we ask for 30% of the total rental as a non-refundable down payment, and the balance is due 7 days prior to delivery or on the day of for a customer pickup.

read moreWe deliver to all of Virginia and the surrounding states. For larger events such as corporate events, festivals, conventions, graduations, film shoots and sporting events, we will deliver outside of our normal service area. Standard delivery includes delivery and pick-up to a location that is within 20' away from the back of the delivery truck. The delivery window for standard delivery is from 8am-5pm. Pricing is based on the distance the site location is from our warehouse in Richmond, VA. Time specific deliveries can be arranged for any order.
