A&R is a family-owned & operated group of businesses spanning more than three decades in real estate development, construction and property management. William L. Adams and Theo C. Rodgers established A&R Development Corp. In 1977 and A&R Management. In 1984. Today, these companion firms are led by two generations of the Rodgers family, with full-service offices in Baltimore and Washington.
