We had AAA City plumbing out to check & repair our water heater. Turned out it needed to be replaced. Brian & Richard did an excellent job. Also want to send our heartfelt thanks to Kerry & Parrish in the office. They were both very kind and responsive to my urgent request for hot water, they had Brian here in an hour! This is at least the 3rd time we have used AAA and would highly recommend them.

April 21, 2022 Issue - Garbage Disposal Leaking - I contacted AAA City Plumbing for assistance. John F. arrived on time. He checked out the issue and informed me the unit was in need of replacement due to Rusting out. He was prepared and had one in his van. John replaced the unit. When completed he took the time to show me the issuers with to old one confirming his finding were correct. This is a quality company you can count on. GaryC

I will definitely use AAA City Plumbing again. I had a main pipe leak and no water. I was able to get same day service thanks to Toshi who was willing to work Saturday emergency call and he arrived immediately and did an awesome job in repairing the leak and restoring the water. I called on a Saturday with an emergency need. Not only did they pick up the phone promptly, the technician, Franklin, called right away after that. Franklin came and even gave phone help. He got to me in an hour and got me all fixed up. Never had used before but I will from now on. You cannot beat the service, quality, or price. I used AAA city Plumbing to repair a faulty shower on/off valve. Waide and Joe who was in training took care of the situation in a timely manner. My Shower on/off valve work great. It was a little on the pricey side for the work done but I was pleased with the service. I would recommend there service. Thanks Waide and Joe.

I made my appointment about a week in advance, then, two days before, I had to adjust the appointment day. They were very accommodating and rescheduled for my next available time. The day of the appointment, I was called around 8:15 to confirm that a technician would arrive between 9 and 10 am. Frank arrived in the promised window of time. I explained briefly, that I'd like to create a half bath in an existing closet.
Within minutes, Frank took all of the current plumbing into consideration and was able to quote the project. Luckily, the closet is in a very central location and neighbors and kitchen and master bath. My parents have used AAA City Plumbing several times, so I know they do great work. I will still do a little research and estimate gathering prior to selecting a contractor, but overall, pleased with the initial experience.
