I had an issue with my septic pump and couldn't use my water and was honestly freaking out, within hours AAA city plumbing was able to send out Shane, Parker and Jesse on a Friday, late in the day, on a holiday weekend! They fixed the issue without a problem and at super reasonable price. I can't say enough good things. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and I will be recommending AAA to anyone I know needing a plumbing company.

Their customer service and communication is on point. Frankie came out to install my reverse osmosis water filter and was kind and professional. He answered all my questions and installed promptly. They charged me 50% less than other plumbing companies had quoted me. Very satisfied!

I've now seen Jesse twice and what a great experience! He is patient, kind and a real professional. Jesse was here for me both times I called. Both times He showed up exactly when promised - both times the same day with in 30 minutes. He took care of the problem and explained what he was doing. AAA came out on a Sat evening only a few hours after I called. Jesse came and was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and fast. He explained things and took the time to talk through the issue and respected the fact that we preferred not to cut into the Sheetrock. I would use them again, especially since they are local and more reasonably priced than some of the other larger Plumbing companies.

Had a problem with a toilet leaking. Called City and they sent a tech quickly the same day. Eric was our guy and he was efficient, personable, knew exactly what he was doing and got us fixed quick. Thanks Eric and thanks City! Service:Toilet repair

Had outdoor hose bibs replaced in Nov 22 and there was a minor problem 6 months later. When I contacted them, a woman pulled up the record and was sincerely apologetic and in a hurry to fix the issue. Brian was dispatched 2 days later (the earliest convenient time for us). He showed up on time, was very polite, immediately stated that he would be taking care of the problem for no charge and got everything fixed faster than we imagined possible. Nice to find a company that stands behind their work!

These guys are great, scheduled a septic problem, and they came out and FIXED the issue and performed so professionally that I felt like I had to do a review. Service call Performance and an all-around team effort made this the best service I've probably ever had. Sometimes it's hit or miss, but man, they really know there stuff. Respectfully of Property, explanation of the issue and resolved future problems.hands down quality service.

Most contract work would have done one and had to come out a few months later and done the other, but your team performed honestly and treated me and my property with respect, so thank you for that and now a days hard honest hard working people are hard to find but I will back this company 100% for everything they did as a team really great job and definitely a future customer for all my plumbing needs.

Water pressure fixed under the house was 150 psi and now 80 psi. We had knocking and hammering from the high water pressure being 150 psi. Eric was great. He came in and fixed the problem in under 2 hours.

Quick response to my initial call. Joe Keever and Neil V. worked diligently and got my broken sewer pipe replaced quickly. They also did a great job putting the yard back as they found it. Best service ever! Joe K was so informative and knowledgeable about my water filtration system. He came within an hour of my call, so thankful. Prices were very reasonable. Dusty W came back to assist with the new installation. Both guys were very kind & professional.

Richard came out and did an amazing job hooking up my ice machine. Was very quick and easy to work with. Also there was no mess after. Cleaned everything up he used and all debris.
