Advanced Defense Protection

ADT will make every available attempt to satisfy an installation, service or equipment problem that arises within the 1st six months as an ADT client. If ADT is still unable to resolve the complaint or concern after exhausting all options available, ADT will refund the installation charge and/or monitoring fees paid during the initial six-month period. ADT will pay up to $500 of your insurance deductible in the event of a robbery, under certain circumstances. See certificate for details and file with your homeowner policy documents.
