Our firm started in Des Moines, IA as Devine Typewriter Service-Sales Company in March, 1976. We specialized in the repair of IBM electric typewriters, the productivity machine of the office. Over the years, we evolved to working with electronic typewriters, word processors, fax equipment, printers and computers and finally to networks. In Omaha, Overland Computer Services started operation in 1981 focusing on software development. In June of 1984, Overland started installing Novell-based networks.
