Often patients are referred to us by other physicians. Many people chose to contact us directly; we're cheerful to treat patients referred by friends, family or other patients. To insure continuity of Care we'll gladly forward our findings to your regular physician. Your insurance plan may require you to have a referral from your primary physician before your visit. If this is the case and you don't have the referral then it may be necessary for you to sign a waiver or release whereby the fees for our services are guaranteed.
