Affirmative Management Services supplies property management solutions to homeowners associations, particularly condominium and townhouse communities, in Santa Clara County. Our centrally situated office allows us to effectively manage homeowner associations (HOAs) from Palo Alto to San Jose and from Saratoga to Milpitas. We've been in the HOA management business for over a decade and we're members of the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and the Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO)
