Airmaxx came out and installed a new heat pump for me. Asked them to check my duct system and they found it full of mold. Had whole system replaced. They were very professional and fast. The technicians were pleasant to deal with and showed me all the mold as they removed old duct. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Air Max Mechanical just installed my new home heating and air conditioning system. From guided advice and quality design suggestions we selected a Trane 4 Ton System with all the extras. Installation went smooth and without ant major issues. "Josh" initially came over to evaluate my home and advise me as to what was needed to satisfy my expectations in the system.

He explained the sizing requirements, capacity and performance possibilities of me selected equipment. He remained with the job from day 1 until the system was up and running smoothly, and did I say quietly as well? Really a change from my old unit. I really cannot say enoygh about this business. I had good contact with everyone that I encountered during the entire change prcess and mad some new friends Air Max Mechanical is now my go-to folks for heating and cooling. I am now considering a system for my garage!

Hunter Warren was responsive and professional. He promptly fixed our issue and explained what he did. Hunter has been out twice for service calls with us and he is always polite and hardworking. Would definitely recommend AirMaxx. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Josh and the team which included Kayden and Christian installed two new (upstairs and downstairs) 2 ton TRANE XR14 heat pump systems which replaced my oil heating system. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and available to answer all questions and ensured the job met all expectations. I would gladly refer AirMaxx and appreciate all of their hard work!

Amazing service! My AC had been blowing out moderately cool air but wouldn't get to the the temperature I wanted. John came right on time and was able to help me with everything I needed and more. He notified me that the AC system was older but he didn't try to sell me on getting a new system on the spot. He was able to service my unit and get it back working.

He gave my the ins and outs of my unit and let me know what exactly was wrong and gave me recommendations on what could be done as an upgrade in the future. John was super professional and helpful I definitely will be coming to Airmaxx for all my heating and ac needs.

We were so lucky to update our nearly 30-year old HVAC system before the June heatwaves started. Drew and Vito came out for the initial quote and thoroughly explained which new HVAC system would work for our home and shared any possible additional costs from unforeseen circumstances.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review for ANYONE before but the level of professionalism and service I received from this company and its servicemen was wonderful. I spent a month without air, in Richmond Summer, dealing with back and forth communication and lack luster service from unprofessional service provider sent to me by a home warranty company, that I know longer use. needless to say I was hot, agitated, and felt like my family would be hot forever. However, I took a chance on Airmaxx Mechanical and they came through.

I had a leak in the exact wrong place and thought it would never get fixed. then came Josh who figured out my problem and Hunter who not only showed knowledge and professionalism but fixed the unit and didn't take all day to do it! Great company and I will be willing to make a recommendation any day!
