For a $20.00 fee, we can collect the system at a time that's convenient for you, or deliver a system that we've worked on to right to your door. As with in-person services, pick-up/drop-off for workshop services may be subject to additional travel fees for clients outside of the Pittsburgh area, on a case-by-case basis. Our consultant will analyze the symptoms of the computer problem, using a suite of advanced diagnostic utilities and a breadth of knowledge of the workings of computer systems.
