A famous Japanese artist has a 2,600 sq. We provide complete assembly instructions and detailed builder's plans. People with no log experience can erect our log packages in hours using our "Simple yet Superior" bolt together system, the rest is conventional framing.

Around Greater Anchorage, Mat-Su Valley and Kenai areas, the starting residential turnkey (finished) prices are $185-$200 sq. Owner builder means the owner is obtaining the builder construction (short-term) loan, performing & overseeing the construction. The owner is still responsible for the mortgage (long-term) loan. We have worked with a large number of owner builders on many successful Superior Logs homes.

read moreOur pre-cut Alaskan made Superior Logs are shipped in bundles weighing approx. 2,500 lb. or less. The bundles are clear poly wrapped, metal strapped with thick cardboard corners against the logs (no straps touch your logs) & "X" braced on each end. We also use wood slats (stickers) between each course to stabilize the bundles so our packages can travel great distances. We delivered the 26′ X 36′ Juneau plan subfloor to the job earlier. When the subfloor was in place the logs arrived.

read moreThis 24′ X 28′ Kenai Prince cabin is located on the Kenai River outside Soldotna. This Kenai Lodge owner has several of our 24′ X 28′ Kenai Prince cabins for his guests. The river provides some very serious fishing, while our 8″ Superior Logs cabins provide the owner or guest an Alaskan setting wherever they are located! This modified 16′ X 20′ Cheechako cabin is located at a remote Alaskan lake & was built by the owners & their friends. Our 8″ Superior Logs assembled quickly & the wife called out the numbers & set the last log in place.

read moreThe 2,400 square foot beautiful Alaska Railroad Depot at Denali Park welcomes visitors from all over the World as they depart within the Park. Our 8″ Superior Logs were assembled by a frame contractor who had never built with logs before. They erected the logs following our instructions only! We recently provided our 8″ Superior Logs "Authentic" half log siding for an attached his & hers restroom facility. The remote Lake Creek Lodge serves clients well. Our 8″ Superior Logs keep them warm & dry while they enjoy our Alaskan sports activities.
