Massage therapy is a holistic health practice with the idea of looking at a person as a complete: the spiritual state, physical condition, their environment, emotions, and lifestyle. Massage is the art of bringing the personal's mind, body, and soul in tune with his/her natural and social environment. I have created an exceptional style of massage therapy integrating various techniques from sports massage, deep tissue, accupressure/Shiatsu, polarity, and esalen. I have five treatments to provide; a relaxing and soothing full body, deep tissue/pain relief, raindrop therapy, pregnancy pre/post and cranio-sacral therapy.
