read moreEvery employee of All Aboard Preschool is thoroughly screened and has a Florida State Certification for Child Care. Our Lead Teachers have CPR and First Aid training, a CDA (Child Development Associate credential), and considerable experience in early childhood education. Many of our Lead Teachers and Supervising Staff have teaching degrees. We have regular staff meetings with evaluations and planning sessions. Our staff attend in-service training courses and are actively encouraged to seek further training in early childhood education.
