All American Karate School can trace its systems back to an eclectic system of martial arts established in 1982 by Shihan Robert Pavelsky. Shihan Pavelsky developed a martial arts system by taking parts of traditional Okinawan karate, American karate, Shorin Ryu karate and Judo, blending these parts into a complete system of self defense. Building on this base, All American Karate and Kara Ju Te Karate continue to teach a style of martial arts and self defense so the schools motto Be Better Than You Were Before can be applied to all students who attend.
