It has been said that Nature is the Art of God. I wholeheartedly agree, and would add that Art is the Nature of Man. It has been said that The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I would add that Art mimics you and me. The study of Art inevitably reveals the history of mankind. From the images of Paradise in Eden, the hanging gardens of Babylon, the papyrus of Egypt, the caves of France, the Grecian Ruins, the Ivory palaces, the rice paper of China, the Cityscapes of New York, to footprints in the sand, Art speaks, sings, rings out, messages that have commanded a place to be etched.
