Mike's grandfather and father were both builders and nurtured that interest in Mike. He headed to Ball State University in Indiana and completed his B. S. In Environmental Design, majoring in Architecture. At Ball State, Mike's design staff, lead by Mike, was the 1st to use computer aided design to document one of the historic homes near campus. Today, all of our design is done on the computer. 3-D modeling is available. Mike has now been in design and construction for over twenty five years. It was 1999 when Wade Design & Construction. Was launched.

It has been a very pleasant experience working with Mike Wade and his subcontractors on the renovation of the main floor of our home. The work included totally remodeling three bathrooms, a kitchen, family room and laundry room. Mike and Kristin have a GREAT crew. The entire process was a great experience and we are thrilled with the results and would not change one thing!
