Allegheny County Literacy

For over thirty three years, Allegheny County Literacy Council. Christian Literacy Associates has been training volunteer tutors, parents, and outreach teams from churches and community groups to use The Christian Literacy Series Complete Set to teach kids and adults how to read. Designed by our Founder and President, William E. Kofmehl, Jr. Ph. D. The Christian Literacy Series Complete Set (which includes the ABC Look At Me Reading! Learning Packet and The Christian Literacy Series textbooks) allows a trained non-professional tutor to teach almost anyone how to read.
