The AEC staff has worked together as a cohesive unit earning valuable experience and experience as it has successfully undertaken increasingly bigger, more complex projects through the years. Due to the company's extensive in-house capabilities approximately 60-100% of all projects work scope is self-performed. This has allowed the staff to stream line processes, reduce costs and increase efficiency. AEC supplies training and team development on a continual basis to ensure all team are properly trained and are provided with the necessary experience and skills for outstanding job performance.
