Out of a storefront in Phoenix, Arizona, Ernie sold appliances by day and delivered them at night. Contractor sales were a natural for him, so the rapidly-growing business eventually revolved around selling exclusively to the contract trade. Allstate GES is a family-owned and run business. In the 1970s, Ernie was joined by his wife Linda, and in 1982, son Ron came into the business full-time. A contrast to the faceless & uncaring huge organizations of today.
