Nationally recognized institutional real estate investment advisor seeks experienced Accountant for its Portfolio Accounting Group. Candidate will be responsible for the monthly financial reporting and accounting of an assigned group of customer properties. Will be responsible for producing externally issued consolidated financial statements. Must have financial analysis skills, including an understanding of investment return principles. Accounting or Finance degree, and 3-5 years of knowledge in the real estate or property management industry required.
