I used this company for maintenace of my R.O. and water softener. Higi was great. Explained everything to me and gave good advice and tips on maintance. Left the area very clean and was on time for the appointment. I received updates via text. He was courteous and professional. I was also able to schedule the appointment in a timely manor.

I contacted American Hone Water & Air on Monday to replace my water softener. They issued a quote within minutes, answered all my questions and was able install first thing the next day. I selected AHW&A because of their 10 year warranty. I was very happy when I received such excellent service from initial call thru cleanup. I highly recommend!

Jorge was great. He was on time, efficient, and wasn't bothered by my overly friendly Golden Retriever. I have used AHW&Air for 15 years. I had Louis today and he was great. He even added another turn off valve going directly to the tank but still under the sink near the main turn off valve. He said it would be easier for and better for future technicians. I really appreciated her concern for having turn off valve accessible and convenient. Good man.

Higi was awesome for my RO replacement system. We have used American Home Water at this home since we moved in six years ago for our RO water filtration system installation and annual maintenance. Leo was incredible. He arrived on time and answered the questions I had. We did have to wait a day for the part but he drove the 23-30 minute drive back to the office and returned with a portable air conditioner that cooled our room to a chilly 73 degrees. He then arrived early today and now we are back with the much needed AC. Thank you, Leo. We could not be more grateful!

Our tech Vernon showed up and put in real effort to fix our sixteen year old unit after have worked sixteen hours that day. He spent another four hours doing everything he could to try and make our old unit run. Eventually we decided it was time for a new one. The process was super painless and he went and got portable room a/c units for us until the new one got installed. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

My technician Jorge Mora was very professional, courteous, respectable and arrived on time. I had warranty work done on my water softener system. He was very knowledgeable. Did a very tidy job. I have been a return customer for many years. They replaced my ac & heating unit, my water heater, installed my water softener system and my RO system. They never disappoint!
