Rental Policies & Procedures
read moreReservations are strongly recommended in order to guarantee availability on the day of your event. A 20% deposit holds your reservation, with major changes or cancellations accepted up to 10 days prior to the day you will receive your equipment (excluding tents or special-order items). So reserve as early as is convenient, knowing you can easily adjust numbers if necessary down the road. Reservation of a tent or canopy requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Certain special order items may also require a non-refundable payment which will be specified when reserved.
