At Beaumont Power Yoga we honor the strength of yoga to strengthen our health, burn calories, build flexibility, and bring calmness and peace to our busy minds. Using a flow-based practice in a hot room (about 90 degrees) we heat up the body from the inside out and work the cardiovascular system. During the flow, we use our own body weight to challenge ourselves with strength poses, enabling us to incorporate weight training in each class. We do this by breathing through stretches and becoming aware of the sensations, thus helping us stay present.

At our studio we heat our room with infrared heat, which provides a therapeutic, deep penetrating, detoxifying form of heat which expels toxins, heavy metals and polluntants from the body. We welcome the seasoned yogi as well as beginners ready to start their yoga journey by providing a variety of classes to choose from. read moreThis class is a breath-centered flowing class that will raise the heat, rejuvenate, and heal your body while soothing your mind. Each sequence has a peak pose, challenge, and relaxation to revamp your spirit! With mindful movement and pranayama this practice becomes a moving meditation. This practice is a gentle approach to asanas ( yoga postures) and the pranayama ( breathing exercises) which help bring peace and mindfulness preparing the body for a deeper spiritual practice such as meditation.
