The first time they came to clean 8 chairs, one ottoman and a 5x8 rug I was not happy with the chair cleaning. They were more than willing to schedule a redo and the owner offered a full refund. I wanted the chairs cleaned so the technician was out yesterday. He did a marvelous job and got the chairs looking like new. He also did this in a torrential rain storm and did not complain once after getting soaked coming in and out of the house. I'm very happy with this company and will definitely use them again Value for Money
