Gale began his career in the waste management field in 1975. Working all kinds of the business he decided to strike out on his own. Seeing a need for a 1st class sweeping firm, he began American Sweeping. In 1984. Few years passed and Gale began to see a need for a real deal roll-off firm. After enlisting the aid of Steve Galler the decision was made and American Waste Systemswas born. With Gale's full speed ahead attitude that has been so successful for him thus far, he had American Waste Systems. Up and running within weeks and he hasn't looked back since.
