read moreTo ensure a space for your pet, a reservation must be made by phone. At the time you make your reservation, a confirmation number will be given to you. Please use this number on the Pre-Check-In form. During holidays and the summer, reservations should be made several months in advance to assure the desired dates. In order to better serve our clients, WE HAVE A 96 HOUR POLICY. WHEN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION A CREDIT CARD NUMBER WILL BE NEEDED IN ORDER TO HOLD THE SPOT. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN 96 HOURS OF ARRIVAL DATE OR DO NOT SHOW, THERE IS A $25.00 FEE please give at least a week's notice should you need to cancel.
