Annie Davis, established Annie's Nannies. In 1984 while working as a counselor and teacher of delinquent youth within the Seattle Public School system. She has served on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization helping at-risk youth. She pioneered the Nanny Placement Profession in the Pacific Northwest raising the level of Nanny Professionalism from obscurity to where it is today. Annie has held a board of manager position with the International Nanny Association and is Board President of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies, a household staffing alliance, since 2001.
