Beginning in 2000 with the U. Are Here(TM) map, a 'student-housing apartment map' which advertised rental communities' proximity to the University of Florida. The U. Are Here(TM) map contained a detailed map of the campus and housing advertisements. U. Are Here(TM) distributed 30, 000 publications per semester both on and off campus. As time passed, the need for a multi-family housing 'apartment map' in bigger metro areas was apparent.
