Appliance Discounters is owned by a brother-sister staff who grew up here in St. Louis. Tony Slyman and Denise Bradley have been in the appliance business since they were old enough to work in their dad's store, Slyman Brothers, which opened in 1965. Gaining the rights to be co-owners of Slyman Brothers, and after their father's retirement, Tony and Denise decided to branch off and create a true appliance discount store.
