Purchasing Agent and/or receiving firm authorized Atlas Door Repair.com to reposes any parts that remain unpaid at any time without notice at a 25% restocking charge. Purchasing Agent and or firm agrees to pay for any attorneys fees incurred as a result of attempting to collect any unpaid balance due and agrees to indemnify and to hold Atlas Door Repair.com Harmless in the result of any said actions.
