AES was established in 2003 by Joseph E. Settle, Michael S. Thompson, and A. H. A. Williams IV. These founding partners have over 60 years of knowledge in the mortgage and financial services industry. These mortgage specialists had previously created and managed a firm that specialized in selling and buying mortgages throughout the US and Europe. In late 2002, the AES founders recognized the trend of consolidating the services surrounding the real estate market.
