Founding Arrowhead Advertising in October 2003, Kyle grew the agency from a one-person shop to a thriving, full-service operation with more than 35 employees, with offices in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Dallas, Kansas City, and Chicago. Kyle's diverse background includes marketing adventures at Sports Illustrated, Hill & Knowlton, and The Golf Channel. It was there he helped launch it to unprecedented success in 1995 serving as the network's 1st Public Relations Manager.
