Ashforth Pacific, a division of The Ashforth Company, is an investor, active in the ownership and operation of office and industrial real estate delivering asset management, leasing, property management, parking management and construction services for properties in Ashforth's West Coast portfolio. In September 1995, The Ashforth Company headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, purchased 20 acres, in downtown Portland, Oregon's Lloyd District, consisting of 600, 000 square feet of prime office space, in six buildings and some future development sites.
