Rats nibbled through my wiring, causing a short in my furnace and the heat to go out. Global was able to come out the day after my own troubleshooting proved insufficient. There was a small delay while parts came in and they were able to wire the furnace so I could manually start/stop in at the breaker while the thermostat came in. When more expensive parts were needed, they honored the original quote. Daniel was our main technician.

He was communicative, prompt, efficient, and came out in the evening. He was courteous toward me and kind to my curious small children. He also chatted with them in Spanish. Another tech, Nate, came out at the very end and was both approachable and bilingual as well. I recommend this company without hesitation.

Daniel came on Sunday to assess our problems. Then he came with crew during the week to repair our furnace, install a new hard wired thermostat, clean the registers, and intall a top of the line filtration system on the furnace. We are very pleased with his professional work. He has an excellent way with people and hires very friendly crew to help him. I will use him for regular maintenance and would highly recommend his company to you.

When my furnace went out I was without heat for 3 days. I called this hvac company and they came to repair my heating unit. This hvac company provides fast, quality heater repair service in the city of Hillsboro, Oregon. My family and I ended up purchasing a new system from them that included a lot 99 year warranty on the heating furnace. My kids allergies also went away after they recommended both to clean and sanitize the ductwork.

In conjunction with the ultraviolet uv-light, our indoor air quality has improved. We can tell not only by the way we feel and sleep but also the IAQ apparatus shows drastic improvements. A warm hug and blessings to you'll.

Technican was on time. I was presented with recommended service plan and other possible fixes. But considering that unit is over 10 yrs of age and nearing its life expectancy decided to install new system. To my surprise I did not have to wait that long as other companies told me 2- 3 months wait time. They had new unit in stock. It was installed quickly and works great.

Tuesday July 26, 2022. It was over 100° outside. Our home AC stopped cooling at noon. By the time we got home and tried to selfdiagnosed the issue by 530pm. Most HVAC local shops are closed or closing by 6pm. My brother and I went on a hunt for an AC capacitor at Home depo and Lowe's with no luck. I then called more rhan 10 places and again most were closed.

A few reps did answered my call but were more focused on making an appointment with theirs techs for next month since everyone is slammed with this heatwave. Moreover, I got two calls from two different numbers and one text. Global international Heating and Cooling Co. employees were working on a job in the ungodly heat. They were more than willing to save our lives by providing us with a much needed capacitor in order to get our AC blower back online.

They took the time to help us out and even offered to help us with our AC unit. All other places were not willing to provide us with the capacitor and just sounded as if they wanted to get off their phones. I recommend this company to everyone else and we are planning to hire them and recommending them to our friends and family members. God bless everyone! We are forever grateful and they have earned our business and most importantly, our respect. We need more people willing to work and help others when humanly possible
