Arlyn C. Baak, the manager, has more than 30 years experience as a CPA both in his own company and as a financial assistant for some companies in the Denver metropolitan region. He got a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of South Dakota and a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.

He has the professional designation of licensed Specialist in Estate Planning awarded by the National Institute for Excellence in Professional Education.

Arlyn is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the South Metro Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Board of New Genesis, a shelter for homeless working men. He is certified by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy under certificate number 2298.
