Manufacturing Company in Dallas, TX Bailey Tool & Manufacturing (BTM) was founded by Michigan Tool Maker in the early 1970s. BTM's 1st facility encompassed 22, 000 square feet in Duncanville, TX. In 1993, BTM was acquired by the current firm management. In 2003, BTM expanded with a new, 105, 000 square foot facility in Lancaster, TX. Originally, BTM was geared towards the oil industry, but since 1993, the primary business focus has shifted to the design, engineering, development, manufacture, and assembly of products for the automotive industry.
