Kevin Bailey is a is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and an expert health and wellness coach. He has been involved in the fitness and health industry for twelve years and involved in fitness for over 26 years. He has trained, coached over 300 individuals whose fitness levels vary from the college athlete that wants to enhance his athletic ability for the upcoming season, to the 100 year old woman that wants to continue to live a higher quality of life for the remaining time she is on this earth.
