Balance Womens Fitness

Optional fitness DVD's and videos, you and your fellow members decide what class to take and when, as well as an elliptical trainer and stationary bike further supplement your circuit workout. Resources on nutrition, managing stress, and healthy living are available in the lounge, along with a cup of coffee or tea, and the possibility to build relationships with other women. Our Second Tuesday series offers information and education on a range of subjects - Heart Healthy Cooking, Self Defense for Women, Massage Techniques and more.
