Barefoot Works Yoga

At Barefoot Works you will find that our classes are uplifting and our teachers are inspiring. We know there's a time to be serious in yoga, but we believe in unleashing our inner child and moving in a state of joy. Let's face it. In a world where it's easy to take ourselves too seriously, the finest thing we could probably do is laugh at ourselves. Please do not confuse our thankful classes with lack of experience, however. Our teachers are Yoga Alliance certified and expertly trained in the art and science of yoga. We blend our years of knowledge with our love of yoga to supply students a fun-filled practice they want to return to again and again.
