Bauer's Tents and Party rentals is available to install equipment 24/7 throughout the year. To ensure equipment availability, we recommend that you place your order as soon as you have an event date and an approximate number of guests. We know that you will not have a total number until about a month out from the event so we do offer a chance to change your quantities.
